I'm 2

I'm Two Years old, or at least that is what everyone keeps telling me.  When they ask me how old I am I always put up my index finger and say 1.  Then they try and correct me and tell me that I am 2.  Not sure why it is taking me so long to get that one right.

Here are some pictures of the festivities...

I love Toy Story, I would watch it all day long if Mommy would let me.  So she made me a Buzz Light Year and Woody themed birthday cupcake ship.

We had my new favorite food for dinner.  PIZZA

I am going to eat the entire piece if it Kills me!

Here is a look at the cake from the front.

This year I figured out what presents are all about and how to open them on my own!

Lightening McQueen, I love him too!

Grandma and Coey got me that cool sparkler candle.  There wasn't anything left for me to blow out, but it was "totally wicked"

Frist I tried and orange one...

Then I had to try and purple one...

and I couldn't make up my mind which tasted better so, I didn't eat either of them.  There is not a sweet tooth in my body.  Daddy isn't sure where that trait came from.  But for now they are happy that I don't like those kinds of things.

Aunt Ern and Uncle Doug got me this cool easel.

Thank you to all of my wonderful family and friends for the Birthday wishes and loves and gifts.  I am one blessed little man!

I also had my 2 year well baby check today.  I am doing great. Here are my stats:

Height 36" (3 feet tall) 86%
Daddy is disappointed in this number, I am not growing as fast... he is afraid that his hopes of a basketball start may begin to die if I don't keep growing tall tall tall.

Weight 27.5 lbs: 40%
I am finally catching up with the other kids my age for weight.  Maybe the 7 pancakes I ate the other day had something to do with it?

I do it

So my new favorite thing to say is I do it.  I have taken to sitting on the counter top when mommy and daddy are getting ready and I have to do everything that they are doing.

I tried mascara, but I don't think that I got it right.

Still the cutest thing ever though

I shave like daddy does.  I use his deodorant and put it on my forearm cause I can't figure out how he gets it in his armpits.  Now if I would just cooperate when it comes to brushing my teeth all would be good with the world.

Is this Slave Labor????

NO way is this slave labor.  I LOVE TO HELP CLEAN! It is true.  The other day I vacuumed the kitchen floor for mom for about 20 minutes.  I couldn't stop myself, it is just so much fun.  She says that I remind her of that little vacuum that goes on its own just hitting walls until it is done with the floors.

Vacuum

Are you sure that this piece doesn't go in my mouth?

I also do the laundry and I am very good at cleaning toilets.
Watch out I might be coming to your house next!

And all I got was this...

Mommy and Daddy went to San Francisco together a month ago to have some "alone" time, whatever that means.  They brought be back this really cool Asian outfit.  I just love it.

I am so cool!

Watch out I am gonna get you.

Happy Halloween

This year for Halloween, I was kind of old enough to understand what was going on.
Daddy and Mommy took me to a pumpkin patch to pick out my very own pumpkin.  It was so fun!

Where do I begin?

This pumpkin picking is exhausting.  Good thing we are almost done!

Too cute!

I was my favorite furry red monster for Halloween this year, ELMO.  We started out the week at a trunk or treat in our ward where I cleaned up in the candy department.  The next day we went to Daddy's office to trick or treat around the cubies.

After I was done I decided to do some of Daddy's work.

Had to get a snack in the middle of the work cause it was so complicated

Hood off, this work is exhausting and making me sweat!
Daddy how do you do it all day long?

That code doesn't look right.  Here let me fix it... Mindy I hope that that helped!

The next morning we woke up early and carved our pumpkins.  Here I am cleaning out the mush. YUCK!

I drew on the face and mommy help me cut it out.

Oh Yeah, that is what I like!

Scary

It was rainy and cold so I only made it to three houses, but I was so good to knock and say treat, treat, treat!  None of that Trick stuff thank you!

Jungle Jim's

Mommy and Daddy took me to a place called Jungle Jim's with some of my really good friends.  Here are some pictures of the fun we had or didn't have....

Rylee and I started out on the airplane ride that goes up and down at first not so sure about it but then...

It was so fun!

Here I am with my best pal, Daddy riding the horsey, giddy up!

Mommy could only go on the Jeep safari ride.  She didn't fit at all in the car, but we still had fun!

I like this ride better when mommy is driving!

Then Daddy and I rode the fast roller coaster.  It went so fast, mommy had a hard time taking pictures.  I am still a little dizzy from it!

Dad was pretty gentle on this ride.  We didn't spin like the other kids!

Too Much Fun!

My new look...

So a few weeks ago Mommy gave me  my very first haircut... We have been just really slow posting any pictures this summer.... Mommy says it has something to do with the new baby and being pretty tired, but I don't understand why. Anyway here is how it all went down.

This is my before, I think that I look pretty good.  It took me so long to get this hair, why do they think that it is time for me to start cutting it off. What if it doesn't grow back?  Then what?

Here I am having my hair combed for the first time.

Hey this isn't so bad.

Oh yeah, look at all of that hair coming off the back.

Yeah, it is OK to say it, Man am I cute!

Hey that tickles.

Are we done yet?

After all of that, we didn't even get a after picture.  I will have to post one later, but mommy says that it about time for me to have another cut.
