I am so so excited to announce that my new little brother finally arrived this week.
After much waiting and finally mom giving in and being induced, he came fast into the world, it only took 3 hours from start to finish, (I took 17+ hours)
Monday January 17, 2011 (one day past his due date) at 12:25pm
Weighing in at 7 lbs 15.5 oz, so the nurses rounded up to 8 lbs
and Measuring in at 21.5 inches long.
Landon McCrea
was finally here!
The nurses are checking him out to make sure that he is healthy and that all of his fingers and toes were accounted for!
Where did all of that hair come from????
Mommy says that he looks like me... I don't see it!

The best part of this whole thing was getting to eat the cookies the nurses gave mommy while she was recovering. Yum, Love Lorna Dunes
The nice nurses on the floor made Landon a sign for his crib with his name on it.
You can't tell from this picture but he has the biggest feet ever! His big toes is the size of mine I swear.
Here he is all bundled up and sleeping. He does that a lot. I just don't understand why he likes to sleep so much. Mommy and Daddy are grateful that he does. I guess I didn't do so well in that department.
Finally I get to hold him! He is so tiny.

OK, There is a really good explanation for this picture... Daddy has been sporting a beard since Christmas Break, but he isn't allowed to have one at work, but he pushed the dress code envelope and kept the beard, telling everyone that the beard would come off once Landon arrived. Landon is here and the beard is coming off tomorrow because Daddy has to go back to work. Secretly he and mommy like the look and are going to be sad to see it go. I think that it was to ticklish and can't wait for it to go!
So peaceful, he has no idea what I have in store for him. We are going to have so much fun together!
