5 Months Old

Here I am 5 months old.

Mommy talked Dr. Bentley into letting her try and give me rice cereal to see if it would help me sleep longer through the night. IT DIDN'T HELP. So momma gave up... Honestly I just liked holding the spoon myself, besides most of the cereal ended up on my bib!


But I do LOVE to drink water from a cup. I can hold the cup all by myself and bring it to my lips.


Even though I am not eating rice cereal anymore, I like to sit in my new Space Saving High Chair and watch mom and dad eat. I am just preparing for when I get to eat solid foods next month.

Mommy had to go to an Athletic Training conference for 4 days this week and Daddy got to take care of me for 3 whole days. He was pretty nervous at first but we had such a great time. Mom gave Dad a hard time because of the way he was dressing me... He thought that the red 1 year old socks would fit and match my lime green John Deere outfit from Uncle Doug (THANKS)... I am no fashionista, but something doesn't look right!

This is me and Mommy on Easter Sunday, We were looking for Easter eggs.


I am just a happy little guy!

Someday I am going to fly!
